Tuscany Living

Tuscany, Located South East of Denver is a Great place to live. I should know, I live here! Tuscany is in a section of Southeast Aurora that is still unincorporated Arapahoe County. We have a immense amount of Walking and Biking trails, Parks and the 2008 Home Owner Association of the year.

The Homes in Tuscany range in size and price from the smallest homes being around 1400 sq feet all the way up to 4,000+ sq feet. Price ranges are anywhere from the low $200,000 range up to $500,000. The Neighborhood is split into 4 distinct areas that Include the original Homes (where I live) that were built with unique archways, wood shake roofs and lots of open space. Rounded Staircases and vaulted ceilings make these homes great for entertaining. The Section to the North of these homes is where some of the largest homes in the neighborhood reside. These houses are built for the large family and incorporate the same curved staircases and architecture of the original homes but on a larger scale. The homes by the pool are in the middle of the road, these mid 1990's homes were built with space in mind and can accommodate a larger family with plenty of bedrooms and extra space. The Homes on the North West side of the neighborhood are the smaller homes which still allow for a modest use of space and a great price range.

As a community Tuscany hosts a lot of events throughout the Summer, This year we are supposed to watch as they begin construction of a new club house located near the pool. During the Summer the Tuscany 4th of July pool party is one not to miss, With more food and drinks than anyone who could possibly consume and music and things to do for all the family. Watch out cause at some point during the day they throw in 1,000 cans of beer for the adults and at a separate time they throw in coins for the kids! Tuscany also has some of the most amazing landscaping in the suburbs, the host a tour of the neighbors yards to get tips on what things can live in our great climate!

The Schools of Tuscany are Rolling Hills Elementary, Falcon Creek Middle School and Grandview High School. These Schools are all within the Cherry Creek School District and can be found online.
